Hey band! 
Please review the important information listed below.  Pay close attention to the flag information and attachments.  The band is depending on YOU!
May Concert:
See you all at the year end concert Wednesday (tomorrow) night at 7PM in the auditorium at Creek.  M through Z needs to bring dessert to share.  Join us for a glass of lemonade in the small commons after the concert.
Flag Fundraiser: 
Volunteers Needed: 
 1 Dad and 2-3 students for each date who can be at the school at Saturday, May 25th from 8:30 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.; Tuesday May 28th from 3:00 P.M.  to 5:30 pm; Tuesday May 28th from 5:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M  to assist in getting carts to the parking lot.  Gail also needs a Mom to volunteer to work side by side this year and to take over the Flag Project starting with the 2014-2015 flag year.  If you can help with any of these needs, please contact Gail Eissler at  
Our next Flag Holiday is Memorial Day on Monday, May 27, 2013.  There are 2 lists attached:  Students signed up for Memorial Day and students signed up for July 4th.  Flag take out and pick up dates and times are included in the attachments.  We will be missing our seniors—unless of course any of you seniors miss us and want to come help out!!  We have more help than needed on Memorial Day and less than needed on July 4th.  The lists have been posted in the band hall.  Students need to sign their name to acknowledge they are aware of their route assignments and write in the best telephone number where they can be reached.  Students willing to switch from Memorial Day toJuly 4th need to strike their name from the Memorial Day list and add it to the July 4th.  We need 68 total routes covered each time (68 routes with at LEAST 73 volunteers for no shows/last minute changes.  A HIGH COMMITMENT level to be at assigned days/times is needed).  We will need to monitor the lists to make sure that not too many students switch.  Also, we need more volunteers forJuly 4th, so students please add your name to that list if you are available!
Pick up flags from the school on Saturday, May 25th from 9:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M.  The flag carts will be available in the band parking lot for loading flags into vehicles.  Pick up your routing packets in the hall next to the small commons area.  Tables will be set up by neighborhood routing areas, so get there early if you want to make sure to get a route in your choice of neighborhood. Return flags to the school on Tuesday, May 28th  from 3:30 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.  Please complete delivery to the school no later than 8:00 P.M.    See you Saturday, May 25th!  Remember to wear your flag shirt or band shirt.  We really appreciate your continued support!!
