Parents are welcome to attend either day and take the free facility tour for the additional donation to the band of $10/person fundraiser while they are there. * Attached is the fundraiser flyer that can be copied and distributed to anyone who can come for a tour between March 27 - April 12.* Q: This sounds too good to be true... do I have to give them my personal information or something? A: Only what is on the flyer. Name, email and a phone number to ensure we don't have folks coming back for 'extra' tours! Q: Hmmmm, are you sure I'm not signing up for insurance or something? A: We PROMISE! It is to make the community aware of the new business in the area and to support the band. Q: We could make a TON of money if we all go and invite our grandparents and bring our kids over 21! Right? A; That's the spirit! Yes! It beats the heck out of selling something and FCER is willing to donate up to $7,500 to the band! Q: Now that is what I'm talking about! Free money! The band needs more of that. How did we get this deal anyway? A: We have a parent that works for the company and they suggested our band! Q: WOW! Band parents are the best! A: You took the words right out of my mouth! Spring Cleaning: OK, you know you meant to. But you got busy. We understand. But really. You NEED to log onto Charms. And take care of that Kroger card while you are at it! You'll feel so much better. *Charms:* Go to: https://www.charmsoffice.com/charms/plogin.asp Our school code is CypCkHSBand The student area password is your child's ID #. You can look at the various areas available once you've logged in as your child, though the most helpful at the moment is the financial information. It will be helpful when seeing if all spring trip payments have been received, or band fees, etc. *Do you shop at Kroger? Yes? Then please help the band at NO cost to you !* Please register your Kroger Plus card to help support our band as a part of their community outreach. A Kroger Plus card holder needs to go to www. krogercommunityrewards.com and click under Texas to enroll. You will need to create an account if you haven't done so previously. This is a short process where you add contact information and select your store. It will then ask if you want to register a Kroger Plus card. Please enter your 12 digit card number (no spaces) and then select Cypress Creek Band Booster Club as your designated organization. The organization's number is 82723, but you can also pull it up by name. Within 7 to 10 days, a line should appear at the bottom of each Kroger receipt indicating that the band is your selected organization. The money received from Kroger quarterly will go to the band in general.
